Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy if you have received the damaged product or the product received is different from what was ordered or if any part of the product received is missing, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Steps to initiate return:

  • Create a video of the product to be returned highlighting the issue
  • Call the customer support using whatsapp chat link on the website
  • They will provide a link to upload the video and the package tracker
  • Return will be initiated after review

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it for a full refund. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at support@toddlersart.in with your order details. After 4 hours, cancellations may not be possible as the order may have already been processed. In such cases, you may refer to our return policy once you receive the item. Please note that custom or personalized products may not be eligible for cancellation once the order has been confirmed.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
